What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), FSA/HSA cards, and cash or check at our clinic locations.
Can I use my FSA or HSA card?+
Yes. All Revive Low T Clinic services — including office visits, lab work, and membership fees — are FSA/HSA eligible. You can use your FSA/HSA card for online or in-person payments.

Does insurance cover my visits?+
Revive membership fees and office visits are paid directly to the clinic. However, most insurance plans cover your testosterone medication at the pharmacy — we handle the insurance billing for you on Standard and Complete plans. Learn more about insurance coverage →
